Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs. Deliver crisis intervention and clinical support to veterans experiencing acute mental health or substance use challenges. Maintain accurate, confidential client records and electronic case notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Coordinate care and collaborate with the VA, community providers, and other U.S.VETS program staff. Facilitate therapeutic groups for substance use recovery, PTSD, and other veteran-centered needs. Contribute to creating and maintaining a therapeutic living environment across programs. Ensure clinical practices align with state licensure requirements, professional ethics, and program/grant standards.
