As an Occupational Therapist at Sasco River Center, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and therapeutic services to children with developmental, behavioral, and sensory-processing needs. You will work collaboratively with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support functional independence and meaningful participation across home, school, and community settings. Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities Provide direct occupational therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults Administrative duties, including documentation, treatment planning, progress notes, and communication with families, multidisciplinary team members, schools, and outside providers as needed Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, grand rounds and case consultations Set up the gym for evaluations/sessions and maintain a clean gym environment after each therapy session/day Perform other clinical and administrative duties as required Part Time Occupational Therapist Benefits: Compensation: $75 per hour / $75 per session 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave as required by law Full Time Occupational Therapist Benefits (this role starts as part time and may have an opportunity to transition into a full-time position): Compensation: $75,000 401(k) with employer matching Health and welfare benefits Continuing education PTO – Unlimited after 2 years of employment!
