As Business Controller in the Finance Department, you will be a key support to stakeholders, assisting them drive performance, value creation, and profitability. The role is involved in close collaboration with global finance controller and whole operation organization, requires being a critical team member in performing deep-dive analyses to understand complex business issues. You will leverage your professional skills and controlling mindset when preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and other deliverables, and will drive the development of our finance processes, financial applications/ERP system, and data. Preparing, checking correctness business/finance reports. Overseeing the business & financial operations of an organization, support the business in various financial needs, Budgeting and forecasting - preparing, monitoring budgets, and financial forecasts Preparing of a monthly reporting to management and comment performance Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions  Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, engaging with stakeholders’ input, making recommendations on cost savings, highlighting risks  Preparing of requested local audit files and ensuring their correctness and completeness.
