About Our Clinic:
Pro Motion Calgary is a modern, innovative clinic passionate about enhancing movement and engaging experiences. We are seeking one or two experienced Massage Therapists to join our team of RMTs, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, Counsellor, Naturopath, and Chiropractor. We are looking for an independent contractor who is experienced in building and maintaining a caseload.
Full time or part-time hours available within the following schedule options:
Monday 7:30am-1:30pm
Tuesday 3:15pm-8:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am-1:30pm or 1:45pm-8:00pm
Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm or 3:45pm-7:00pm
Full time route is preferred
Our treatment rooms are very spacious! Our clinic is located in The Southcentre Executive Tower in southern Calgary, beside Southcentre Mall. Pro Motion Calgary is the second location of Pro Motion Clinic out of Kelowna, BC. This gives our new practitioners the benefit of working at a clinic with an established working model, and at the same time giving them the freedom to mold the new working environment to their preferences.

Benefits of the Role:
We offer a competitive split when working out of a private treatment room. Our clinic is open Monday-Saturday (7:30 AM - 8:00 PM M-Thu, 7:30AM-6:00PM Fri, 10:00AM - 3:00PM Saturday). The multidisciplinary approach to our clinic leads to many in-house referrals, but we do prefer someone who knows how to generate their own referrals also, as this is an independent contractor position (not employee).
Our clinic offers direct billing and ensures all administrative tasks are covered for you (reception, booking, cancellation, billing, marketing, social media and more!). This allows you to focus your full attention on what you do best while our exceptional front desk team handles all the behind-the-scenes duties and daily operations.
You will have access to our web-based clinic system (Janeapp) to view your schedule remotely, allowing for easy online booking. Our patients love this system and our team does too!

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate from college of Massage Therapy Diploma Program – 2200 / 3000 Hrs.
• Full Registration with one of the Massage therapist associations in Alberta
• Experienced, southern Calgary-based practitioners are preferred
• Ability to build and maintain a caseload a must
• Participation in education to further professional growth considered an asset
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Proficient in patient assessment, analysis and problem solving
• Innovative and willing to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centred care and inter-professional teamwork
• Demonstrated individual leadership skills
• Friendly, upbeat, optimistic, and authentic
