Position Summary Freedom Behavioral Hospital is seeking a qualified IOP Program Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Greenville and Cleveland, MS. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality behavioral health services in an outpatient setting, including group, individual, and family therapy, while supporting patients through the continuum of care. The Program Therapist plays a critical role in treatment planning, case management, and discharge coordination, ensuring patients achieve optimal clinical outcomes and successful reintegration into the community.
