Wir sind auch auf der Suche nach Kolleg:innen, die etwas bewegen wollen! Als Physiotherapeut:in bei Somana bist du eine Schlüsselfigur unseres Erfolgs. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unseres Therapieansatzes und die Gesundheit sowie Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen. Du hast Spaß daran, deine ehemaligen Patient:innen aus der Therapie als Mitglieder in unseren Somana-Health-Club zu überführen und langfristig zu begleiten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Gründerteam, dem Head of Physiotherapie und den Trainer:innen zusammen, um den Physiotherapiemarkt nachhaltig zu verbessern. Deine Aufgaben Du behandelst unsere Physiotherapie-Patient:innen im Bereich Rehabilitation und Prävention. Gemeinsam mit den Patient:innen evaluierst du den Ist-Zustand, setzt Ziele und passt die Therapie an die Patient:innen an. Du führst unsere Patient:innen an ein unterstützendes und präventives Training ein und begleitest sie darüber hinaus. Du überprüfst die von der Software vorgeschlagenen Trainingspläne und passt diese an die Fähigkeiten der Patient:innen an. Du arbeitest aktiv zusammen im interdisziplinären Team aus Trainer:innen und Physiotherapeut:innen, um eine ganzheitliche Betreuung zu gewährleisten. Du gestaltest neue Trainingskonzepte in der Somana-Trainingsmethode mit und entwickelst diese weiter. Gemeinsam im Team erarbeitet Du, wie auch die Schulung von Patienten zu Ihren körperlichen Einschränkungen immer weiter verbessert werden kann. Du begleitest wissenschaftliche Studien im Health-Club und präsentierst die Ergebnisse im Team. Für wen dieser Job passt Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium der Physiotherapie und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für die Beschwerden des Bewegungsapparates und weißt, wie man Therapien aufbaut, die sowohl wissenschaftlich fundiert sind als auch nachhaltigen Erfolg liefern. Du willst nicht nur vorübergehend Symptome lindern, sondern bist motiviert, Patient:innen langfristig zu begleiten und zu betreuen.
