Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by developing testing strategies, establishing hypotheses, analyzing results, and maintaining a backlog of optimization opportunities. Manage the technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) foundation, including site architecture, schema implementation, redirects, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health. Partner with content marketing teams to ensure technical infrastructure supports organic growth strategies and improves discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search experiences. Develop and maintain scalable landing page frameworks across CMS and marketing platforms, enabling efficient campaign execution and self-service capabilities. Act as the primary owner of external paid media agency relationships, providing strategic direction, managing performance reviews, evaluating recommendations, and ensuring accountability to pipeline and CAC targets. Monitor campaign performance across paid channels, analyze reporting, optimize budget allocation, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting across website, SEO, paid media, and conversion initiatives, translating complex data into clear business insights. Collaborate with marketing operations teams on attribution, tracking, reporting accuracy, and data quality improvements. Partner with demand generation, content, and product marketing stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business priorities and revenue goals. Stay informed about evolving digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing technologies, and emerging best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements: 4–6 years of digital marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment. Proven expertise managing website performance, digital acquisition programs, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
