Provide leadership, coaching and training to engineers. 3. Identifies the priority of new product development potentials to draft process technology roadmaps and key initiatives. Responsibilities: Cross-function exchange and collaboration 1. Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)    Resources Allocation and Budget Control1. Adjust department resources based on work tasks and emergency procedures.2. Make and control the resource and budget for bulk cable development and further study.3. Work with Bulk Cable Engineering team include TENB team and TEDG team, support bulk cable NPI/transfer to Penang.     Developing the team1. Applies mastery of the bulk cable knowledge and experience to resolving complex issues during the development.2.Provides training and mentorship to other professional engineers.     Review and confirm the daily work1. Review and confirm the team's daily work to ensure the accuracy, include the design, drawing, spec, data and report.2.Review and confirm the systems and works are comply with TE policy.3.
