RETAIL ASSISTANT

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, Shift times vary with earlies, mids and lates (late shift finish time 11pm)
Contract Type: Seasonal, until Winter 2025
Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Retail Assistants to join our AWESOME Retail Team!
As a Retail Assistant you will work within our Retail department in various stores around the resort, seeking out opportunities for exceptional guest interactions, and making sure each guest leaves the resort with their desired LEGO souvenir!
As the faces of our retail stores across the resort, our Retail Assistants will work directly with our guests, assisting with their purchases, suggesting LEGO products that might align with their interests and processing their purchases at the till. You’ll also be involved with the upkeep, upselling, and cleaning of our branded Coca-Cola® Free Style product offering. You’ll have the opportunity to undergo LEGO brand training, getting to know the world’s favourite toy: the iconic LEGO brick!

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A confident communicator who is happy to interact with guests of all ages!
• Experience of cash handling, profit protection and stock-taking procedures is desirable
• You’ll already be a fan of LEGO, excited to undertake further training on the iconic brand
• If you haven’t worked in a theme park setting before don’t worry! We will provide you with all the training you need to deliver memorable experiences every day
• This is a hands on physical role, so you must be comfortable with standing for long periods of time and lifting / carrying large, often heavy, boxes
• This is a full-time role until Winter 2025 so candidates must have the relevant availability for their application to be considered

ABOUT THE LEGOLAND® WINDSOR RESORT

We are looking for Retail Assistants to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
