  • Welding experience with MIG required (stick and TIG considered an asset).
  • Experience with equipment operation- loaders, forklifts, crane booms, etc. is an asset but training can be provided if needed
  • Familiar with plasma cutters, presses, and other equipment
  • Self-motivated, goal and team oriented
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and dedicated
  • Leads by example in a challenging environment
  • Ability to work safely, and promote safe work practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Journeyman/Apprenticeship experience not a necessity – farm/personal welding experience is also acceptable
  • As a condition of employment, a criminal record check will be required.

Candidates must have some secondary school completion or equivalent, with post-secondary welder training being preferred, and CWB certification being an asset.
