Support co-ordination of Group-wide BCP initiatives and activities to raise the overall BCP readiness of the Bank, with key accountability for specific BUs/SUs assigned Job Responsibilities: Lead the User Requirement Gathering with key stakeholders, User Acceptance Testing with Application Development team/key users, Production Support covering software defects and Operational Support covering Training, System Security and User Access Reviews for the Business Continuity Management systems.
