Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the bank’s share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share. Qualifications First Degree Field of study: Business Commerce certifications or professional Memberships Qualifications in data science or financial management will be considered. A post graduate qualification will be an advantage. 15 -18 years' extensive experience in Business Banking including strategy and market development, the design and development of client value propositions; identifying key drivers of income and cost lines. Experience in successfully growing the client base, managing and growing a balance sheet and income statement. Experience in deploying solutions (and new solutions) into new markets and territories. Should have strong background in managing a business and Digital Platform businesses.
