Roles & Responsibilities

As a Virtual Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Business Banking customers by understanding their financial needs and connecting them with the right banking solutions. You will focus on relationship growth, customer retention, cross-selling of products and services, and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the assigned commercial portfolio, contributing to the team s business and revenue objectives.
  • Build strong client relationships, understand customers financial needs, and recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Support customer transactions, documentation collection, account maintenance, and migration of eligible mass-segment customers.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, update KYC records, and ensure customer documents remain valid and current.
  • Identify potential portfolio risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies, UAE Central Bank requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Proactively cross-sell asset, liability, trade services, treasury, cash management, investment, and other relevant banking solutions.
