This role supports the fundraising team by providing timely and precise donor information, enabling effective donor engagement and relationship building. The coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the organization’s fundraising capabilities and supporting its mission to fight hunger statewide. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the donor database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. - Input, update, and verify donor information, including contact details, donation history, and communication preferences. - Generate and analyze reports to support fundraising strategies and identify trends in donor behavior. - Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement donor segmentation and targeted communication strategies. - Provide training and support to staff on database usage and best practices. - Troubleshoot database issues and coordinate with IT support for technical assistance when needed. - Assist in the planning and execution of donor recognition and stewardship activities. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies. - Participate in the evaluation and selection of database tools and software enhancements. Qualifications Required Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
