Responsibilities

THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES!

  • Lead, develop, and inspire an in-house creative team of designers, writers, and production specialists within a pod-based structure.
  • Deliver best-in-class integrated execution across email, digital, web, social, and advertising channels while championing brand consistency and clarity.
  • Build operational maturity – owning team resourcing, prioritization, and process design in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Units, Performance Marketing, and Product Design to ensure creative aligns with campaign strategies, lifecycle plans, and commercial goals.
  • Ensure creative output is informed by insights, customer needs, and performance results across channels.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and responsible innovation—including AI integration to enhance efficiency and creative impact.
