The Universal Banker handles both member service and transaction functions, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting Credit Union products. Universal Banker applicants may begin employment as a Member Specialist, depending on skills and experience. The pay range for the Universal Banker position is $22.50 to $27.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
