Responsible for timely and accurately processing outgoing domestic, international, or foreign currency wire transfer request received from the banking centers, cash management customers or other departments. 2. Monitor alerts to identify fraudulent or suspicious activity 3. Processes incoming wires. 4. Processes foreign exchange request received from the banking centers. 5. Performs wire transfer callbacks. 6. Performs wire transfer end of day balancing. 7. Responds to wire department emails in a timely manner. 8. Performs filing and related recordkeeping duties.  9. Opens and disperses incoming mail. 10. Order department supplies.   Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with customers, other financial institutions, and merchants. 1. Resolves request, questions, and problems promptly. 2. Maintains the Company’s professional reputation.   Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relations with Bank personnel and with management. 1. Provides support to banking centers and other departments by resolving problems and answering questions related to wire transfers. 2. Attends and participates in meetings and training as required     QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One to two years of office experience. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent with emphasis on accounting and financial business courses.
