About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to define how performance is measured, managed, and rewarded across the National Branch Network. This role is responsible for designing performance metrics, customer attribution frameworks, and peer benchmarking models that align business strategy to field execution and incentive compensation. This role will act as a central integrator across strategy, data, product, finance, incentive compensation teams, and various partners to ensure performance measurement is consistent, transparent, and drives desired business outcomes. Build Peer Group Frameworks Design branch and district peer groups to enable fair and meaningful performance comparisons. Incorporate factors such as market opportunity, complexity, and customer mix into performance benchmarking. Embed peer groups into reporting, incentives, and field routines. Lead Cross-Functional Execution Partner closely with Product, Data/Business Intelligence, Finance, HR, and Strategy teams. Translate business priorities into clear requirements for data and technology partners. Act as a central integrator across teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives. Drive Governance & Continuous Improvement Establish governance processes for metric, peer group, and customer attribution updates. Monitor performance outcomes and field behavior to refine metrics and frameworks over time. Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
