Job Title: Accounting GeneralistJob Description We are seeking an Accounting Generalist who will play a crucial role in managing intercompany transactions, aggregate material management, royalty and depletion calculations, and concrete materials tracking. This position involves supporting contract administration, invoicing, and tax filings, as well as contributing to special projects and providing coverage across departments. Responsibilities Manage intercompany transactions, including job materials, equipment, crew supplies, and in-store use. Handle aggregate material management, processing, reconciliation, and lease payments. Calculate and enter royalty and depletion for sales on aggregate. Track, reconcile, and report job-related costs for concrete materials. Support contract administration by reviewing, tracking, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Invoice special deliveries and specialty work performed. File Sales and Use Tax for Idaho and Excise Tax for Washington for multiple corporate entities. Assist with multi-divisional invoicing for aggregate and concrete. Contribute to special projects such as cost analysis, audit support, and year-end financials. Provide coverage to all departments to achieve optimal work-life balance and office efficiency. Answer phone calls and emails, directing them as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, reconciliation, invoicing, and job costing. Associate's Degree in Accounting.
