The Role We are looking for a Data Center Tech Lead to join our Lab team in Ra’anana. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, where you will take ownership of the data center operations, drive best practices, and lead complex infrastructure activities. You will play a key role in scaling our data center infrastructure, improving reliability, and bringing structure to day-to-day operations, while mentoring others and acting as a technical focal point for the team. You’ll report to the Lab Manager and work closely with Networking, IT, R&D, and Support teams.
