Act as the focal point for Cloud Network Engineering expertise and collaborate across IT teams, stakeholders, and global regions. Support the Network Lead in implementing the global cloud network strategy and onboarding key cloud network initiatives into operations. Design, deploy, optimize, and operate Azure networking services, including VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway/WAF, Private Endpoints, and Virtual WAN. Evaluate and leverage modern cloud‑native networking technologies to enhance service performance and architecture. Provide Level 3 support for cloud and hybrid network incidents, driving resolution with service providers to meet SLAs. Collaborate closely with security, engineering, and integration teams to proactively resolve issues and strengthen global cloud and hybrid connectivity. Support Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes and participate in governance, architecture, and planning discussions.
