Salary: $14 - $18 / per hour The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist. The STNA performs various personal care services, as necessary, to meet the patient’s needs. The STNA provides service in accordance with Maxim’s philosophy, standards and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Observes and documents patient condition and reports any changes, to the assigned nurse supervisor.
