The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and psychotherapy. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state. Active DEA registration Have an Active Collaborative Agreement if not in full practice state. Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the ANCC or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience providing psychiatric care in an outpatient or inpatient setting preferred. Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, mental health disorders, and evidence-based treatment modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in mental health care.
