Job Title: Office Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Attend to phone calls, messages, and emails enquiries.
• Order processing, issuing of Delivery Order, and invoicing.
• Data entry and filing.
• Provide administration support to operation departments.
• Clerical duties and general administrative support.
• Update daily sales records and customers’ sales records.
• Liaise with warehouse, production to monitor the stock level.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assign.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in administration/ data entry.
• No experience is welcomed to apply.
• Japanese language is preferred to communicate with Japanese Director.
• Good team player, and willing to learn.
• Detailed oriented and responsible.
