Facilities Management: · Oversee facilities staff in daily facility operation including maintenance, security and safety systems. · Secure and oversee vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance, following WINGS Procurement Policies. · Assist in developing facilities budget and work to stay on track. · Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices to improve facility efficiency. · Maintain facility assessment document and perform analyses for project planning. · Collaborate with department heads/location point people for planning for facility needs. · Oversee facility projects as needed. · Create reports as necessary. EHS Management: • Review, develop/update, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for EHS and facility-related inquiries and concerns. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence. • Provide training and resources to employees on EHS best practices and emergency response protocols in collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability. • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior management and outside agencies as required.
