Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair generators, and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites. Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters. Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks. Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance. Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports. Core Experience: 1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted) preferred but not required. Preferred experience with ATS, electrical troubleshooting, and critical power systems. EPA Universal or Type II Certification preferred: EGSA a plus. Knowledge of FCC, FAA, EPA, OSHA standards. Must have a valid driver’s license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Physical/Work Environment: At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards. Lift 50+ lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
