Die Mitarbeiter des Service Centers sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Interessenten am Telefon und damit die hörbare Visitenkarte des Unternehmens. Sie beraten Kunden und Interessenten in allen Fragen rund um das Produkt- und Dienstleistungsangebot von Antech Lab.
Die Mitarbeiter des Service Centers stellen somit eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Labor und Vertrieb dar. Mit ihrer Arbeit sorgen sie jeden Tag für den bestmöglichen Service und unterstützen damit die höchstmögliche Kundenzufriedenheit und die bestmögliche Kundenbindung. Werde Teil unseres Teams in Viernheim und gestalte die Zukunft mit uns Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Kundenbetreuung
