Band C. Annualised hours: 417.5 - 536 (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Flexible fractional, permanent.
Associate Lecturer Scales 1 - 4, £25,372 - £29,942 per annum, pro rata. Main Grade Scales 1 - UP1, £32,304 - £46,432 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).
NPTC Group of Colleges - To be based at Neath College (to provide support to Neath, Llandarcy, Swansea Construction Centre and Afan College).
About you: Ideally you should possess a level 6 qualification (Degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, have relevant experience and hold a teaching qualification (training provided). You should also hold a level 2 qualification in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2. Assessor/Verifier Awards would be advantageous.
