Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer movements, pricing changes, and emerging business opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to management. Build strong trade relationships and ensure excellent customer support through effective execution of sales and product strategies. Ensure products comply with local regulatory requirements and country-specific compliance standards across assigned markets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any field. 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Key Account Management, or Sales Management. Previous experience within the Consumer Electronics industry is highly preferred. Proven experience managing distributors, channel partners, or regional sales networks. Strong understanding of sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and channel management. Experience developing sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing plans. Experience managing sales targets, profitability, and P&L performance. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
