Sourcing Execution (RFI/ RFQ) Clarify internal stakeholders’ demands and requirements and formulate these into a set of specifications for the sourcing and category management for RFIs and RFQs Engage with sourcing and category management in the shortlisting/selection of preferred suppliers Communicate results of RFQs (supplier selection) to internal stakeholders, and implement the agreements to ensure a high level of compliance using preferred suppliers Compliance Management On behalf of Procurement, support audit activities, IT system changes, training and other implementation processes. May also coordinate these activities for other countries. Experience 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within a regional or global organisation. Proven experience delivering cost savings, value generation, and procurement performance targets. Experience supporting or leading strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFQ processes and contract implementation. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing at multiple organisational levels. Sound understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and local regulatory requirements. Experience working with ERP or e‑procurement systems and procurement reporting tools is desirable.
