Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Operations, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the delivery of HR services across the organization. This role maintains HRIS records, supports onboarding activities, administers employee programs, and provides assistance with benefits administration as required. The Human Resources Assistant works closely with employees, leaders, and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day HR processes and ensure information is maintained accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing responsive and professional support. A Day in the Life: * Provide HR service to Flair team members by answering inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. * Support in administering and promoting positive employee experience by demonstrating strong communications and customer services skills when supporting employees. * Maintain and manage HRIS records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates, including preparing employee correspondence such as employment verification. * Responsible for processing internal employee movements in the HRIS system, including promotions, transfers, and role changes, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation. * Oversee data accuracy within ADP through regular audits and corrective actions to support reporting, payroll, and compliance requirements. * Take ownership of the new hire onboarding program, ensuring its success through regular administration, preparation of welcome materials, coordination of engaging activities, and ongoing review and improvement of overall process to promote a positive employee experience.  * Manage the Company ID program by preparing, printing, and mailing out new hire and replacement requests. * Coordinate the Long Service Program by monitoring eligibility, sending communications, and ensuring the timely delivery of service awards. * Manage the Values Program, including ownership of pin distribution and related activities that reinforce organizational culture. * Manage the Staff Travel Program by ensuring strong understanding of the policy and procedure, including full system oversight, employee access, and responding to employee inquiries. * Support the MX uniform program through coordination of ordering, distribution, and employee inquiries. * Support the administration of employee benefits and RRSP programs by assisting with enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. * Maintain and update the monthly organizational chart to reflect accurate reporting structures and headcount. * Prepare and send out new hire and internal movement newsletters.  * Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and assist with audits.  * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
