Description

  • Leading the engineering workstream for the implementation of new voice services for business customers on a voice core platform
  • Technical management and coordination of a team of service development specialists
  • Development, testing and technical acceptance of new voice services
  • Conception and definition of service profiles for business customer products
  • Creation and handover of technical requirements for OSS systems
  • Controlling the development of provisioning and automation workflows
  • Planning and implementation of migration concepts to transfer existing customers to the new platform
  • Coordination with IT, OSS, interconnection and supplier departments as well as other project stakeholders
  • Monitoring of project progress, risks, dependencies and milestones
  • Ensuring smooth collaboration between all participating project streams

Your qualifications

  • Completed studies in computer science, communications engineering, telecommunications or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally in the telecommunications sector
  • Knowledge in the areas of Voice Services, Voice Core, SIP, VoIP or Unified Communications
  • Experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams
  • Understanding of OSS/BSS systems as well as provisioning and automation processes.
  • Analytical and structured working style as well as strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and reliable stakeholder management
  • Independent, goal-oriented and team-oriented work style
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
