Description
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in 3PL, warehousing and cold storage services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking and client visits.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing structures and service level agreements (SLAs) to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially and operationally viable.
  • Conduct site visits and facility walkthroughs with clients to showcase warehousing and cold store capabilities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company policy and profitability targets.
