We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Guelph, Ontario. This role will focus on global consolidation, intercompany reporting, and annual budget processes, offering a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Support the global financial reporting process, including intercompany reconciliations
Support the preparation and submission of global financial reports.
Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
Support the annual budget process, including consolidation of submissions from business units and providing analysis to leadership
Perform in-depth variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide meaningful insights and commentary
Partner with regional finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of global reporting
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain financial models.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
Strong exposure to budgeting cycles, audit preparation, and global reporting processes
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling); ERP experience (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) is preferred
Proven ability to manage large data sets and deliver accurate, insightful reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working across global teams
Actively pursuing CPA designation or enrolled in CPA program (required or strongly preferred)
