Responsibilities Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries for accruals, provisions, and other required tasks. Act as a liaison during internal and external audits, supporting audit requests and preparing accurate audit schedules. Complete general ledger (GL) account reconciliations in accordance with accounting policies and timelines. Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards. Support the allocation and amortization of grants, ensuring proper tracking and accounting treatment. Collaborate with cross-functional and non-finance stakeholders to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate financial reporting. Essential Skills Month-end and year-end close experience, including preparing and understanding journal entries (debits/credits, impact on financial statements). Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF functions, and SUMIFS. Experience with large ERP systems. Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
