THE ROLE
As the Lead Engineer specializing in FEM at Damen Naval, you will play a pivotal role within the Naval & Structural group. You will focus on all aspects of FEM detailed engineering within your area of expertise. Leading a team of FEM engineers, you will be responsible for all FEM deliverables, from basic engineering to yard support and vessel delivery.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the strength, stiffness, vibrations, shock resistance, producibility, and maintainability of our projects, all while adhering to regulatory standards and client requirements.
