In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate service activities, schedule technicians, manage documentation and data entry, and provide excellent customer support. Reporting to the Service Administration Supervisor, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with service technicians and customers. You will support operations primarily within our Fire & Life Safety Equipment, Vehicle Suppression, and Instrumentation divisions.
