Job Description Manage CAPEX purchasing activities related to technical projects, investments, and equipment. Control and optimize OPEX expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and budget compliance. Lead and support efficiency improvement projects, identifying savings opportunities and process enhancements. Manage and negotiate service agreements, including but not limited to: Catering services Employee shuttle / transportation services Consulting services (HR, IT, and other support functions) Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to ensure alignment with business needs. Evaluate suppliers, conduct negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure quality, cost, and service performance. Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
