At Sharpline, we use modern systems and real-time communication tools to ensure our maintenance team has the resources and support to succeed. General Maintenance • Complete work orders, unit turns, and make-ready tasks. • Maintain apartments, common areas, and grounds in excellent condition. 2. Inspections • Perform regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs. • Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. 3. Preventive Maintenance • Carry out seasonal and annual preventive maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). • Proactively identify issues to minimize emergency repairs and costs. 4. Team Collaboration • Work independently and with the maintenance team to meet deadlines. • Coordinate with management to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently. 5. Safety & Compliance • Follow all safety procedures and building regulations. • Respond promptly to emergency or after-hours maintenance requests. 6. Technical Skills • Repair and maintain building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. • Diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner. 7.
