RESIDENT EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE

Hours: 20 hours per week across 3 days (working until 8pm, with some weekends)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Resident Experience Associate to help deliver a standout experience for our student community at Space Student Accommodation.
You’ll lead on planning and delivering resident events, support with in-person and virtual room viewings, manage reception duties, and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented environment across the building. You’ll also contribute to our social media presence and support local marketing initiatives that strengthen our community feel.
This is a varied, people-focused role ideal for someone confident, organised and passionate about creating a great student living experience. Evening shifts (until 8pm) and occasional weekend work are required to support events and peak periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and run events that build community and enhance resident life
• Deliver engaging property tours and virtual viewings
• Provide a warm and professional reception service
• Help maintain communal areas and support day-to-day operations
• Create and post social content, and support local marketing activity
• Build positive relationships with residents, prospects and local partners
