JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring a skilled Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of handling tendering and estimation tasks with precision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of estimation experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction market, pricing, and regulations.
• Proficient in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Male candidates only
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with infrastructure and utility tenders
• UAE Driving License is an advantage

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for roads and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participate in tender evaluations and submissions.
• Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure consistency in pricing and quantities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
• Maintain and update a database of suppliers, prices, and historical project costs.
