SCIB is looking for a M&A Intern, based in our Frankfurt Officeto start from April 2026 onwards.

EXPERIENCE

Ideally, first work experience gained (preferably in activities related to M&A, corporate banking coverage).

EDUCATION

Strong academic track record (preferably in business administration, finance, accounting and/or economics).

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Motivated, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, a team player.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written German and fluent in English.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to Banco Santander’s high ethical standards.
  Our internships last preferably at least six months. The precise period will be arranged individually.Please attach a copy of your supporting documentation in English and indicate your availability.

• Assisting senior bankers on creating M&A business opportunities
• Creating transaction marketing materials, including roadshow presentations and pitch books
• Conducting industry and company research and analysis
• Gaining varied industry and transaction expertise, as well as staying current on industry developments
• Participating in the preparation and execution of transactions
• Gaining an understanding and developing company valuations and financial model
