Job Summary
Join our busy Accounts team and earn while you learn towards a globally recognised AAT qualification—with the potential to progress to ACCA or CIMA. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment and become a key member of our finance function.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with purchase & sales ledger processing
• Support subcontractor payment runs
• Help prepare financial reports & documentation
• Handle data entry, filing, and general admin
• Learn construction finance essentials (Reverse Charge VAT, CIS)
• Use COINS (our construction accounting software)
• Attend weekly college training (with New College Swindon)

What We’re Looking For

• A real interest in an accountancy career (no prior experience needed)
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Confident communication & organisational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general IT
• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (Grade 4/C+).
