Allocate resources effectively, monitor KPIs, and ensure work is completed to a high standard within required timeframes. Lead change management initiatives, implement new policies and procedures, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Work with senior leaders and other business units to promote a client-first culture and provide operational advice and reporting. Develop and deliver training to ensure staff meet legislative and procedural standards, including compliance with the Sheriff’s Award. Maintain accurate records, oversee financial and administrative processes, and promote a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture.   What we’re looking for   Good understanding of legal principles and processes and the NSW court system.
