Job Description Finance at TAL spans performance analysis, expense management, capital management, accounting and compliance, and financial systems — connecting the numbers to the decisions that shape Australia's largest life insurer. Throughout the two-year program, you will have rotations across our Finance Teams, in addition to one area outside your discipline. You will gain experience in our Management Reporting teams and broader experience across Finance and TAL.
