We are looking for FEMALE SUPPORT STAFF who are genuine in their desire to help others live their best life, people who are enthusiastic, can work independently and in a team for the RYDE area for shifts 6:30am - 9:30am with the opportunity for more shifts for the right person.

In providing support to people with intellectual/physical disabilities tasks will include:

• Personal care, including hygiene needs,
• Medication administration,
• Manual handling,
• Use of hoist, shower chair, wheelchair,
• General domestic duties,
• Preparing meals,
• Driving residents to appointments, day programs and outings,
• Support with assistive technology, and
• Social support.

Essential requirements:
For an applicant to be considered for the role, you must have the following:
· Certificate III in disability (or similar) or working towards,
· Great communication skills, both written and verbal,
· Excellent time management skills,
· A smart phone,
· Good computer skills,
· A current First Aid Certificate issued within last 3 years,
· CPR certificate issued within last 12 months,
· A currentFULL NSW driver’s license, - Willingness to travel to different locations,
· Valid Police Check,
· 2 contactable references,
· Eligible to work in Australia.
· Must have a NDIS Worker Screening Check
