Strategic Regional Leadership: Develop and deliver F&B strategies and programs aligned with global direction, specifically tailored for MEA&T. Dual Reporting Alignment: Partner closely with the Regional President MEA&T to ensure initiatives support each region’s commercial and operational priorities. Project Delivery & Concept Development: Lead F&B input for new builds, renovations, and concept creation, coordinating with operations, designers, architects, and owners. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, address underperforming hotels with action plans, and reinforce brand and quality standards through site visits and reviews. Guest Experience & Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and identify new revenue opportunities, markets, or innovations beyond core business. Owner & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and partners to align expectations and maximize efficiency.
