The Role
Job Description: ? Prepare and submit tenders, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals; assist in progress claims and maintain project documentation. ? Manage vendor registration and qualification with consultants, contractors, and clients. ? Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and labour providers while monitoring market prices. ? Support project delivery through material tracking, labour productivity, quality control, and presenting technical solutions to clients and engineers.

Male, 35 years old and below ? Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. ? Minimum 5 years’ experience in tendering, procurement, and project coordination within the UAE construction industry. ? Strong knowledge of construction pricing, labor costs, and subcontractor networks.
