We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in landscape projects to supervise and coordinate on-site activities. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of landscaping and civil works, ensuring project deadlines, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Landscaping, Construction Management, or related field. Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, with at least 2 years in landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping construction methods, civil works, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape and civil drawings.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, grading, soil preparation, and plant types.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).

• Supervise and lead a team of skilled and unskilled workers on landscaping and civil construction sites.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings related to landscaping, irrigation, paving, grading, and civil works.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work tasks and ensure proper resource allocation (materials, tools, and manpower).
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and environmental/safety regulations.
• Communicate and report progress, issues, and updates to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
• Oversee installation of softscape (plants, grass, shrubs) and hardscape (paving, curbing, pergolas, pathways).
• Supervise earthworks, drainage, irrigation, and utility installations as required.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure timely rectification of any defects.
• Monitor site safety compliance and enforce company safety standards.
