We are currently seeking a new cohort of compassionate and dedicated Instructor Therapists to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidates will primarily engage in work with children; however, there may also be occasions to facilitate social skills groups or provide support to individuals of other age groups. The role encompasses delivering therapeutic support and interventions across a variety of settings, including centers, private residences, daycares, schools, hospitals, and special education environments.
The Instructor Therapist will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patient needs, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, and consistently collecting and analyzing data. Additionally, the Therapist will graph data and prepare program materials as directed by the clinical director, program director, and/or Senior Therapist, all while delivering high-quality client care aimed at enhancing the well-being of clients across all age groups. We are reaching out to find a new group of compassionate and dedicated Instructor Therapists to join our caring team. Our ideal candidates will primarily work with children, but there may also be opportunities to facilitate social skills groups or support other age groups. You’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in various settings, including centers, private homes, daycares, schools, hospitals, and special education environments.
As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans. You will gather and analyze data to monitor progress, prepare engaging program materials in collaboration with our clinical director, program director, and Senior Therapist, and most importantly, provide heartfelt, high-quality care to enhance the well-being of our clients of all ages.
